At Ayaaya, every piece is designed and produced with intention. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and aim to ensure clarity before and after your order is placed.


Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order (such as shipping details), please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.


Exchanges & Store Credit 

We understand that preferences may change.

  • Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original condition

    • With all original packaging, dust bags, tags, ribbons, and inserts intact

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Refunds

Refunds are strictly applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Expectation mismatch

  • Preference-related dissatisfaction

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method after the returned item has passed inspection.

Refund Processing Time

  • Debit / Credit Card: 7–14 working days

  • Online Banking: 7–14 working days


Return Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches us (excluding bank processing time)

  • All return and refund updates will be communicated via email

Malaysia (West & East)

Customers may return eligible items via our logistics partner, NinjaVan.

Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging before returning to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is deemed defective.


International Returns

International customers may request a return through our Returns Portal. All return requests are subject to review and approval.

Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or Damaged Items

While rare, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact our Care Team within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Our team will assess and advise on the appropriate resolution.


Final Notes

  • All returns are subject to inspection

  • Ayaaya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions

  • Approved exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not set precedent
