We understand that sometimes your shopping desires may evolve. If you need to make a slight change to your order, such as the shipping address, contact our Customer Service team via email or chat as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched.

Exchanging Your Treasures.

You can request a store credit when creating a return in our returns portal. Alternatively, to secure your desired size or style, we recommend purchasing it as soon as possible to avoid missing out!

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned parcel has reached us.

We take 3-5 working days to process a return (excluding refund processing time).
All return & refund notifications will be sent via email.

International Returns:

Request a return through our Returns Portal: [link]. Our Returns Team will review your request for swift processing.

Prepare your return by carefully repacking the item in its original packaging, including the invoice, dust bags, ribbons, or tissues. Kindly note that unworn and unwashed items with original tags are eligible for return.
